Terms and Conditions

Ownership of Design: Upon completion of the project and full payment, all rights, including copyrights, to the final design(s) created by Coverloom shall be transferred to the client.

Usage Rights: The client is granted rights for the finalized design(s), including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, and modification for any purpose deemed appropriate by the client.

Originality and Ownership Guarantee: Coverloom guarantees that all design work provided is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Any elements not created by Coverloom will be properly licensed or attributed.

Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

No Resale or Redistribution: The client agrees not to resell or redistribute the design(s) created by Coverloom without prior written consent, except as incorporated into the client's products or services.

Credit and Portfolio Usage: Coverloom reserves the right to showcase the completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, and online platforms for self-promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Coverloom harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client's use of the design(s) created by Coverloom.

Final Deliverables: Upon project completion and full payment, Coverloom will deliver the final design files to the client in the agreed-upon format(s), along with a written confirmation of the transfer of ownership and copyrights.

Payment Terms: Ownership and copyright transfer are contingent upon the client fulfilling all financial obligations outlined in the project agreement.
